Bumpa Bits are suitable for Partridges and Poultry. Simple & humane for hopper/trough feeding only. Bumpa beak bits are very carefully designed to fit with minimal discomfort but prevent the beak closing tightly and importantly to stop aggressive pecking
Apply using circlip pliers
Ideally not recommended for longer than 2 weeks
To properly apply Bumpa Bits, use Circlip Pliers and insert one side into the beak before gently sliding in the other side. For best results, consider warming the bits in warm water for a few minutes beforehand. Larger bits may require fully opening the clip and inserting both sides simultaneously.
